About Multiple Riding Mode

In one of our earlier blog we have talked about that Allerbi has the capability for both training and exercise, this feature is called Allerbi Multiple Riding Mode. But really, how does it work from a rider's point of view? How can it help people with different purpose? Today we will get a little bit deeper into it.

Allerbi Multiple Riding Mode currently has three modes, Training Mode, Exercise Mode and Leisure Mode. In general, Training Mode is for cyclists and fitness enthusiasts, Exercise Mode is for fitness enthusiasts and general public, and Leisure Mode is for people who prefer to exercise exercising in a more relaxing pace or rehabilitation. Among them, the resistance of Training Mode is the true resistance based on road slope, riding speed, wind speed, road surface and body profile.

To make it simple to explain, riding on the same the same section of a climbing route as example, the Training Mode brings you the true resistance based on the road slope, your riding speed, wind speed, road surface and body profile; while the Exercise Mode brings you 70% of the true resistance; and the Leisure Mode brings you 40% of the real resistance.
You can select riding mode based on route difficulty, for example, you can select Leisure Mode to ride a steep climbing route and then select Training Mode on a park route.
You can also use the same route for training purpose or just for warming up/cooling down or even just for sight viewing. It all depends on what you need.
The result is, you can enjoy riding any route in the world!

Even better, as the Allerbi resistance is electronic controlled by software, the percentage for each riding mode can be customized to satisfy customer's needs, it is really flexible.
