We have developed several dedicated test bike frames to test Allerbi Platform and for the demonstration. In the below video you can see the Allerbi hardware components and how they are integrated with both upright bike frame and recumbent bike frame.

Real-Time Two-Way Interaction
- Instant Micro-Response: Video playback reacts instantly to the rider’s every movement. Even a fraction of a pedal turn—such as a quarter rotation—triggers immediate on-screen motion.
- 1:1 Speed Synchronization: Video speed mirrors physical riding velocity in exact proportion. Accelerate by 50%, and the visual environment speeds up by precisely 50%.
- Dynamic Resistance Feedback: As riding speed changes, dynamic resistance is recalculated and applied back to the rider in real time—closing the loop of true two-way interaction.
Automated Resistance
Resistance Algorithm: Resistance is dynamically calculated based on road grade (%), riding speed, wind speed, rolling resistance (Crr), and rider profile to simulate changing outdoor riding conditions.
Automated Resistance: The resistance data is sent to the Resistance Device continuously, automatically adjusting crank resistance as riding conditions change – with no manual adjustment required.
Integrated Power Meter: A torque sensor based powermeter is integrated into the Resistance Device to provide accurate and real-time cycling performance data.
Dual-Screen Architecture
- Clutter-Free Road View: Dedicates the primary display exclusively to route view – delivering an immersive outdoor riding experience without distracting UI and data overlays.
- Dedicated Control Hub: A true computer with powerful CPU and big storage, it acts as your cockpit centralizing all ride metrics, system controls and communications.

Multiple Riding Mode

- Resistance Scaling by Mode: Allerbi’s software dynamically scales slope resistance based on the mode – with Training Mode reflecting 100% true-to-life resistance.

Virtual Gear Shifters and Brakes
- Virtual Gear Shifting: A 22-speed virtual shifting simulation (34/50T front; 11-34T rear), the software-defined shifting delivers precise, quick gear shifting that mirror road riding.
- Programmable Gear Ratios: Customize both front chainring and rear cassette ratios directly in the software to match different bike models or specific partner requirements.
- Virtual Braking: Left and right brake buttons simulate real braking power based on rider input, eliminating the need for chunky brake knobs and simplifying your hardware design.
