Based on the feedback from the events we have participated and cyclists in Indy area, Allerbi started to redesign the whole bike frame as well as the automatic resistance device in late November, 2022.
The new Allerbi will be much stronger and much more powerful with better and unique looking. It will look different from all other exercise bikes on the market.
W will release the pictures of the new Allerbi as soon as we get the job done, will keep you updated.
If you're not completely satisfied, return your Allerbi Bike for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Contact Allerbi customer service for support with any issues covered under the 12-month limited parts and labor warranty.
