Like the question about the difference between Allerbi and Rouvy that we have discussed in our last blog, this is another question we have had many times. We think most people asking this question might be cyclists because Zwift is very popular among cyclists.
We have already mentioned Zwift in our last blog about Rouvy, Zwift is also a cycling app, it is only a component of the indoor training solution but not the whole solution. To use Zwift, beyond its subscription, the customer still needs a bike, a smart trainer and a computer, after having all necessary components, the customer still needs to put them together, make right connections and setup correctly before starting to ride.
Meanwhile Allerbi is a vertical integrated indoor cycling solution that integrates hardware (exercise bike and accessories), software and many pre-installed routes, it is an all-in-one solution, the customer can ride it right away. Extra routes can be downloaded in future.
Another big difference between Allerbi and Zwift is the content. Zwift routes are virtual routes although some of them are created based on real routes. At the same time all Allerbi content are real routes around the world, what you see is the real video of the routes with other people and vehicles moving around you, just like you ride in the real world. Allerbi gives you a way better outdoor riding feeling than Zwift.
These are some big difference between Allerbi and Rouvy, there are many other differences in futures like multiple riding mode, dedicated clean route screen, etc..
