The village is located at the end of the Lysefjord, one of the most famous and beautiful fjords in Norway. The famous and stunning Kjeragbolten is located along the Lysefjord.
Lysebotn Climb is one of the most challenging climb for cyclists around the world, the route in this video starts from Kjerag Lysebotn Camping at sea level and ends at the entrance of Kjerag Parkering, which is the starting point to hike to Kjeragbolten.
Total length is 7.2km/4.47mile with average grade at 8.77%.
